PREPARING FOR CAMP
Family Partnership Agreement
We cherish the responsibility of caring for your camper this summer, and we know that a healthy working partnership between KWE and every family is required to make this experience successful for them. To that end, we are asking that you read the Family Handbook to familiarize yourself and your camper with camp, our expectations, our mission, and our policies.
Once you’ve done so, please fill out and submit the below. By doing so, you’re confirming that you and your camper(s) understand the content of the Family Handbook and are agreeing to work collaboratively with camp directors should issues arise, trusting that our intent is always to educate your camper while maintaining the safest possible environment at camp.
Thank you for entrusting us with your camper. We are so excited for the summer!

THE ROLE AND VALUE OF RISK
Kieve Wavus Education has always been and will continue to be committed to the health, well-being, and personal growth of participants and staff in all KWE programs. KWE acknowledges, understands, and respects the inherent risks associated with our programming, including ropes courses, climbing walls, wilderness tripping and the many activities that are a part of our KWE programs. Risk management is a priority at KWE and we work diligently to identify, assess and manage these risks.
FINANCIAL AID
Kieve Wavus Education is a non-profit organization committed to accessibility. We extend need-based financial aid ranging from a portion of tuition to the complete cost of camp, including travel and equipment associated with camp. Financial aid is rewarded on a rolling basis, first-come, first-serve. Learn more about how to apply here.
