APPLICATION & AID

Applications for TLS residential and/or outreach programs can be submitted at any time. KWE extends need-based financial aid ranging from a portion of program tuition to the complete cost of any TLS program, including travel associated with attending a residential program on our campus. The application for program participation incorporates the financial aid form; they are one in the same.

If you are interested in participating in our Educator-in-Residence (EIR) program or an EASEL professional development program, please contact Associate TLS Director Hannah Lovejoy (hannah@kwe.org) directly.

APPLICATION & AID PROCESS

Applying does not guarantee admission, but we strive to make TLS accessible to Maine and any school that values outdoor experiential education.

Step 1 – Submit your application below.
Step 2 – Program enrollment is confirmed on a rolling basis via email. Any aid awarded will be included in this notification with a program agreement.
Step 3 – Submit signed program agreement and your deposit.
Step 4 – Collaborate with our staff and your school families to complete all required paperwork.
Step 5 – Pay remaining balance after program completion.

Please don’t hesitate to contact Associate TLS Director Hannah Lovejoy (hannah@kwe.org) with any questions.
